Priority 1 Tracking Integration Capabilities

This integration brings streamlined parcel monitoring to ERPNext through two main features:

Users can click the “Get Priority Details” button on a delivery note to instantly pull the most recent tracking updates for that shipment.


Additionally, a scheduled background job runs each morning to automatically refresh tracking information for all relevant delivery notes, keeping shipment statuses updated without any manual input.

Tracking frequency is managed through the Parcel Service Settings doctype, where users can define how many past days ERPNext should look back from today to automatically fetch and update tracking information for pending shipments.

Customizable Status Codes

The integration settings include two configurable tables — one for Success Status Codes and another for Error Status Codes. These allow users to tailor Priority 1 response messages to match internal requirements, offering clearer and more personalized tracking updates within ERPNext.


Enhanced Feature

For certain delivery notes where tracking information is not found on the first attempt (for example, if the parcel has not yet been updated in the Priority 1 system), the integration will continue checking automatically for up to six days from the initial tracking attempt. This ensures late-updated shipments are still captured without requiring any manual monitoring.
